This unit combines a beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom along with the charm of the original Saltillo tile floors. The upscale furnishings and beachy style are perfect to provide the vacation vibe that will allow you to relax and enjoy our time away. Young kids will love the custom built bunk beds while older ones will appreciate the queen size pull out sofa (coming in June). The parents will enjoy a luxurious master suite with king size bed, double vanities, and a large fully renovated shower with tile and river rock. From the stackable washer/dryer to the fully stocked kitchen, to the huge shower with rain showerhead, we've tried to provide everything you need to make your vacation memorable. The highlight of the unit is the wall of windows that provide an unfettered view of the gulf. The large balcony has comfortable Adirondack chairs to allow you to relax with an amazing view of the ocean as well as the resort style pool. From the balcony, you will hear the crashing waves and see the pelicans and other sea birds. If you want to join them on the beach, it is just steps away.

Mayan Princess is one of the most well known resorts on Mustang Island. It is located in an upscale community on a secluded part of the Island that is about 20 minutes from Corpus Christi and 10 minutes from "downtown" Port Aransas. The resort is recognizable for its unique Mayan style pyramid shape and distinct coloration. Amenities include 3 pools and a hot tub as well as picnic tables and kids play areas. The beach, which lies just over the sand dunes from the resort is one of the most pristine on the island and does not get as crowded as some of the other beaches closer to town. This resort is perfect for families and for couples who want a quiet and serene setting that is still close to the restaurants and entertainment options in Port Aransas and Corpus Christi.

Guest Access

Guests should check in with the front desk if they arrive during office hours, but direct access to the unit will be provided via a code to the smart lock which will be sent just before checkin.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay emensely! The location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness of the area. We felt right at home in the spotlessly clean condo with all the modern amenities. We did not experience any issues at all during our stay and Keisha and Jerome were always quick to reply to any messages we sent. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. The pool area was extremely well maintained and clean. The walk to the beach was short, and the beach iteself is beautiful, clean and quiet. We wanted to get away from everything for a few days, and this was the place to do it! There's not much around the compound other than the beach, but it's just a short drive to Port Aransas or Corpus Christi if is a need to run to the store or to go out for dinner. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future getaways!

The unit was perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the balcony, cooked in the kitchen, lounged in the living room, and slept great on the mattress in the bedroom. The large walk in shower is a nice touch. So are the beach chairs and other supplies! The walk to the beach takes two minutes. The view from the unit is incredible!

The condo was great and our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The view was amazing from the balcony. The swimming pools were great to have and one of them is heated. We had a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our mother daughter getaway! The condo had a nice beachy vibe. So comfortable and cozy. Easy access to the beach. And since we came down in the offseason, we practically had the whole beach to ourselves. Also, rental price was very affordable during this timeframe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The place was welcoming, comfortable, quiet, and just what we were needing for our getaway. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we could easily hear the ocean. We had everything we needed and there were so many thoughtful touches that made our stay all we’d hoped for and more. Thank you for a lovely, well thought out space to relax and enjoy the beach. We would definitely visit again!

Stayed here with my fiancé while visiting family in the area for the holidays, it was very clean. Enjoyed being able to go to the pool and beach. Thought it was very nice that there was laundry detergent pods already in there for us as well. Clothes and towels got dirty fast, due to the sand so it was convenient.
