K&J Orlando is located less than 10 minutes away from the gates of Disney. The space has been recently updated with new furniture, lighting, and appliances. You will love the floor to ceiling views of Lake Bryan and the modern decor. The resort itself features a heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, game room, weight room, and kiddie pool. Its also has a beautiful boardwalk where you can experience the stunning natural beauty of the marsh at the edge of the lake. We hope you will visit soon!

Good to know

Our space has been recently updated and is one of the best units in the building. The master features a full size bed. There is a bunkbed for kids in the hallway and the sectional in the living room converts to a full size bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals and the front desk and concierge are available to answer any questions you have and help you plan your activities.

We welcome children. However, for their own safety, please do not allow children onto the balcony without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

The location is convenient to all the Disney parks, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Vineland Premium Outlets, and many of the other attractions that Orlando has to offer. We are also conveniently located in walking distance to multiple restaurants, a Walgreens and a Starbucks. A free shuttle to Disney is included with your stay.

J&K listing and Jerome made our vacation incredible! This is the first place where the whole family voted a pure 5/5! The accommodation has a beautiful lake view—the mornings and sunsets are stunning! It is large enough for a family of 3–4 members, the kitchen is excellently equipped, there are two bathrooms, and it is clean, tidy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated! For us Europeans, who aren't used to driving everywhere and prefer walking, there are shops and restaurants very close by! Disney very close, Orlando downtown 30-40 min by car.. There are always available parking spots, the pool was never crowded and it was warm even for January, and the entire complex is well organized! Jerome is phenomenal for communication and arrangements! He was professional and very quick to respond throughout our 10+ day stay; he even gave us a late check-out, but he didn't get such high praise just for that—it’s truly because of the great experience we had! Definitely a place I would return to!

Jerome and Keisha's communication with my wife and I was exceptional! Although issue was resolved prior to our arrival, they notified us of a block-wide Internet outage while enroute to their Airbnb. Any questions asked via text during our visit were answered within minutes. Beds were very comfortable and unit was clean; perfect location if visiting Disney World as we could see Epcot from the building balcony. Large heated pool and lake pier with sitting areas were an extra bonus. Would definitely rent from Jerome and Keisha again!
